The kids had a great time painting outside today. It is getting pretty warm and they are spending a good part of each day out back in their swimsuits playing, eating Popsicles and occasionally getting in our kid pool. Today we added in painting and they loved it. I loved that I could just hose them and the yard down after so I didn't have to worry about the mess. The papers got a little paint but I think most of it ended up on Carter. They got really excited when I suggested they paint each other. The chasing and chanting "I'm gonna paint you" began and the race to get as much paint as possible on your sibling had them both laughing. I finally called it a day when Carter started painting everything else like the posts, the house the door. That guy can't be trusted with anything!

As you can see from my blog, I strip Gwenie down when she paints, she loves it, to bad I don't have a backyard!!! I love Jilly's hair like that it is so cute.
That sounds like lots of fun! I don't usually let Sydney paint because it always is such a huge mess. I should probably let her more often though, because I bet she would love it. That's funny that Carter started trying to paint the house...hopefully that comes off pretty easy :)
