Clippers game

Our friend Scott works for the Kings at the Staples center. Last night he got a suite for the Clippers game and invited us to go. While I am not a huge, or eve a tiny, sports fan it sounded like fun and it was. It is the only way to go to any kind of sporting even with kids! We had a room where we could sit and watch the game and the kids could run around and play. It was really neat.

Warm weather

It was really warm yesterday so we spent some time outside. After nap time we went out front to ride scooters. Carter scooted twice on his and was done. He is not interested in them at all but it actually works out really well because I like to ride his scooter (the razor not the little batman one, we exchanged it). So, Jill & I rode our scooters and Carter ran up and down the street a bunch of times. We had a lot of fun. Jillian got her first scooter caused wound and she was very brave and told me she wasn't even going to cry. We cleaned it, put a band aid on it and went out for some more fun. When she got tired of riding, the kids ran around the yard playing hop scotch and tag.

New years resolutions!

Jillian & Carter have finally decided it is time they get in shape! Good thing too since they were both looking a little tubby lately:). Actually this is my new machine and I am the one who is finally trying to get in better shape, but I am definitely not the one who uses it the most. Carter takes first in that and Jill is a close second. All day long Carter asks me if he can exercise. As I am typing this the kids have pulled it into the middle of the room and are using it as their rocket ship. When I told them not to break it Carter said "or the rocket ship wont be able to blast off". That wasn't what I was concerned about!!!!!
