The play is the thing

Last night we had a Mommy daughter night. Shaleen & I took Jillian & Abi to dinner and a play. We curled their hair then went off to Pick up Stix for dinner. We had about 10 minutes to eat before the play so it was a little rushed but we still had fun. We went to the Henderson out door pavilion to see the play Savior of the World. it was performed by some local members of our church. It told the story of events leading up to Jesus birth, then the second act was the story of events after Jesus died and when he was resurrected. There was a lot of pretty music and nice singing. The girls did a great job. They love going to plays and they know how to sit quietly and watch the whole time. They are usually pretty tired by the end but they can always tell us about their favorite parts later so they are paying attention. We are planning to see Lion King here in Vegas in the next few months and we are all excited about that too!!!
