Bennett turned 2 on April 22nd, Earth day, as the kids love to point out. It was a Sunday & since he is only 2 we kept things low key. Presents; chalk, mini laptop, bubble maker etc... Cake, which I had to carry him down for crying because he didn't want to go downstairs, but the kids were so excited I made him come.
Poor Ben has been suffering from allergies. He wakes up with hives almost everyday now & itchy eyes. We are trying to get things figured out but we are not there yet. That's why he was so reluctant to come down for cake.

Poor Benny!! That just breaks my heart. I remember Tennyson's 2nd birthday was somewhat similar...he was in such a bad mood and having the biggest tantrum ever that he didn't want to eat his birthday cake. I have a picture of him screaming in his high chair! I hope you get things figured out for Benny. I wonder what he could possibly be allergic to. Give that boy big kisses from all of us. Can't wait to see you guys in October--even though it is a long ways off still! haha
