Jill & Carter have been writing their letters so Jill can be ready for Kindergarten in the fall. Since Carter wants to do everything like Jillian, I gave him the book while Jill did something else. Instead of the scribbles I expected to find, he traced the letters. I was so impressed! Here are some samples of the letters he did.
Jillian was on the naughty step for not listening the other day and the next thing I knew there were two friends sharing her punishment with her. I know it didn't end up being much of a punishment but since I had told her she needed to sit in timeout on the way home and completely forgotten by the time we got there, she had put herself in timeout. I thought her honesty deserved a lesser punishment.

Jillian is such a turkey and I am so impressed with Carter's ability to trace letters already! I'm telling you--the Parke cousins are all so smart!
You know we always stuck together too, the 3 of us, so I guess it doesn't surprise me that they all do! So cute.
